Class Fees for 2012-13

Class size

Minimum for most classes = 5 students

Maximum for classes = 8-16 depending on age and dance style.

Details and Restrictions

Fees are calculated on an ANNUAL basis. For those joining after Oct 15th, a pro rata fee will be given.

Classes run from Sept - mid June. No withdrawals after Christmas (to withdraw at Christmas, notice must be given by 1st Nov after which students remain until June show).

NO REFUNDS are possible after Dec. 1st and students are expected to remain in classes thereafter until June ’end of year’.

One full month's notice must be given (i.e. for November withdrawal, notice must be given by 1st October).

SEPARATE payment for costumes, please - can be post-dated to Dec 1st!

Payments accepted: cash, cheque(s), Direct Debit or Paypal (CC).

If paying in instalments, all cheques should be provided/monthly plan set up.

NSF fee $30 per cheque/instance.

Late payments: if a payment is 30 days late, 5% will be added to the late amount per month late.

Application for a ’hardship’ discount must be made in writing with explanation/proof of need.

• Annual Registration: $35 (family) – early bird by 20th June: $25
• Exam Deposit: $50 (for those approved for exam courses only. Balance due prior to exam)
• Costume Deposit: $40 per class (may be post-dated to Dec. 1st). Any balance due on receipt of costume.
• Festival Choreography & rehearsal: Solos $375, duets $240 per person + entry fees and costume

Payment Examples

Example fees:

Registration (per family) $35

45 minute class - $55.55 per month x 9 (payable also in instalments or one annual payment)

Costume deposit - $40/class (any balance due billed when costumes are finalized nearer to June recital)

Services Provided

We are pleased to be able to offer workshops, Dance Parties (kids/adults), choreography, and performers for events. Please enquire: 250-595-8705

Dance Parties: $106.40 (incl HST) for 1.5 hrs - includes fun dance instruction for UP TO 15 kids/adults and space for own refreshments. Add party games and or set up from $25 extra.
